Strings for Hope was founded in 2010. We are a charitable organization that creates jewelry out of recycled guitar strings. Each piece is handcrafted and unique.
With your purchase, we are able to provide jobs for women in transitional housing programs. Through employment, each survivor is provided with supplemental income, a form of art therapy, and the necessary life skills needed to succeed. DIRECTOR OF OUTREACH & OPERATIONS/INVENTORY MANAGER
Sarah is our success story. She started making jewelry for Strings for Hope while she, herself, was in a facility and is now employed full-time. Sarah serves as our direct link to the community of woman in need and also maintains our inventory and online orders. She states that her favorite part about Strings for Hope is being able to share her experience with the women she works with.
